Kok bisa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Kenapa Orang Indonesia Bisa Kekurangan Vitamin D?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Vitamin D terbentuk saat kulit terkena sinar UVB. Tapi ada beberapa alasan kenapa kita masih bisa kekurangan, bahkan di negara tropis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Jarang kena matahari langsung<\/strong> karena banyak beraktivitas di dalam ruangan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Pemakaian sunscreen atau pakaian tertutup<\/strong> yang menghalangi UVB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Polusi udara<\/strong> yang menghambat sinar matahari masuk ke kulit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Warna kulit lebih gelap<\/strong>: melanin bertindak seperti <em>tabir surya alami<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/journals\/medicine\/articles\/10.3389\/fmed.2022.992554\/full\">Frontiers in Medicine, 2022<\/a>).
